awesome movie poster friday - the ARGENTO edition PART 2!

That's right, this is the Argento Edition Part Two. Part One is hanging out here. Why more Argento? WELL. I find myself oddly intrigued by his forthcoming Dracula 3D. It just seems like it'll be a big clusterfuck, doesn't it? But I mean that in a decidedly boss way- it'll be a decadent clusterfuck in three whole dimensions! Like a cake made by an eight-year-old. Instead of simply having a cake and some frosting, it will have sprinkles, various syrups, gummy eyeballs, Hershey's kisses, and a Star Wars figure (Luke Skywalker in X-Wing pilot gear) on top. In other words, it'll be gross and horrible, but you can't look away and you can't help but admire the lack of restraint.

Now I can't wait for it!

CHOKHOUSE?! That's the best horror title I've seen in a long time.

The last poster is the best, but Suspiria ones are great too!

I've always tried to appreciate Argento, but his films never made any sense to me, and I need movies to make some sense.

Really like that Alamo Suspiria Poster, just another in a long line of poster I wish I got before they soldout

Ooooh - those Suspiria posters are beyond beautiful! I want, nay, I NEED them for my wall.

I share your excitement for Dracula. When I first heard about it, I had traumatic flashbacks to Phantom of the Opera; but as more information about the production trickled online, I found myself becoming more and more anxious to see it. Can't wait now!

Thanks for sharing those posters. :)

Whoa! The visuals of those posters are so intense, we feel like we've seen all those flicks. Thanks for the post!

The first Inferno poster is better than Inferno itself. Not that that's difficult.

(Captcha word "redicrol." You said it; bad Argento is redicrolous.)

I just found this blog randomly through a search for some terms I no longer remember. Nice job -- reading through it and you are funny and babish.

Need bigger posters in the gallery! Killer selection, though. I'd love to have a link to a bigger vers. of one of the Suspiria posters to use as a desktop on occasion.

cool blog, nice find.

Thanks for the advice and compliments, Anonymous...but I hate to disappoint you- that's Anna Faris up there, not me. :)

Wow, that second poster of Suspiria is gorgeous. Thanks for sharing! Er, I don't suppose you'd know where to buy prints?

Not sure what they'll have, but moviegoods.com is usually an alright place to find posters and prints.

Wasn't sure exactly where to post my comment (not so blog savvy) but wanted to say, being a horror fan and artist, this site is gorgeous! VERY well done! Plan on visiting often and learning more about you and your site - thanks.
